Our team specializes in private, intimate gatherings — our goal is to help you create an experience that leaves every guest feeling like their presence mattered. Here's an honest look at what shapes that investment.
Type & quality of balloons
Latex is typically the most budget-friendly, while foil and specialty balloons cost more. We work exclusively with premium brands — Tuftex, Sempertex, and Kalisan.
Helium vs. air
Helium costs more than air, and our designs are primarily air-filled — a big part of how we keep pricing approachable.
Size, fullness & complexity
The more balloons, fillers, and detailing — flowers, greenery, ribbon, lettering — built into the design, the more investment it requires.
Frames & structural support
Arch kits, frames, stands, and other structural supports vary based on the size and sturdiness your design needs.
Customization & branding
Specific branding, signage, or personalization adds complexity to a project and will impact pricing.
Setup location & delivery
We service Rocky Mount and the surrounding 15–20 mile radius. Locations outside our service area are subject to additional travel and delivery fees.
Labor & installation time
Every install and takedown is unique. Venue time limits and other restrictions can affect labor needs — we outline it all in your proposal.
Rentals & add-ons
Most décor is designed and built in-house. When a project needs rental pieces to complete the vision, they're outlined in your quote.

How soon will I hear back?
We reply to every inquiry within one business day with questions, ideas and next steps.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Our minimum order is $250. If you're under that and not sure what fits, ask anyway and we'll point you in the right direction.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Balloon installs and décor are delivered, set up and styled on the day, then taken down afterward, so you don't have to.
Can you match my colors or theme?
Absolutely. Balloon installs and décor are built to order in your palette.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. Popular dates fill up, especially spring and the holiday season. Last-minute? Send your date anyway and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
Can you help with things you don't offer, like catering or a DJ?
Yes. We work with trusted vendors for catering, entertainment, photography and games, and can fold them into one plan and one quote.
